Job Description:

TD Asset Management (TDAM) a member of TD Bank Financial Group is a leading global investment manager offering progressive investment solutions to both institutional and retail investors. For decades the organization has established competitive market positions in active quantitative and passive portfolio management. As of September 30 2025 TDAM and its affiliates manage over $500 billion in assets on behalf of pension insurance endowment/foundation and corporate clients as well as high-net worth clients and retail mutual funds.

In attaining this client commitment TDAM has built one of Canadas largest and most respected investment management and research teams with more than 220 Portfolio Managers Associate Portfolio Managers Traders and Analysts.

The Content Consulting team at TDAM is responsible for all content supporting TDAM retail (TDCT FP PIC PIA BD) and institutional product and portfolio management partners. The Content Consulting team guides the development process of high-quality collateral and sales support with consistent and impactful messaging and positioning. As a key business partner the team acts as a consultant on all content marketing aspects and manages key stakeholder relationships and partnerships to ensure support is delivered in a relevant format efficiently and in a timely addition the team is responsible for managing all marketing activities and brand amplification efforts.

Job Description :

• Support the promotion and amplification of TDAMs content marketing efforts
• Provide strategic direction for development of marketing collateral
• Develop detailed content briefs/project plans and oversee/manage the development of collateral to support the marketing plan for our distribution channels
• Ensure collateral is delivered in a relevant format efficiently and in a timely manner
• Manage stakeholder relationships/expectations involved
• Manage external marketing efforts and initiatives
• Collaborate with partners to ensure content marketing efforts align with strategic priorities

Job Requirements :

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 8-10 years of financial industry experience with an understanding of the investment and asset management space
• Well-developed critical-thinking business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Sound knowledge of financial markets investment products and TDAMs distribution channels
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with the ability to build a marketing strategy and execute on key deliverables
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work on multiple priorities within a time-sensitive environment
• Understand the role of different media and channel options as well as their impact on achieving marketing objectives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Specific Educational Requirements/Accreditations:

• Masters/MBA/CFA designation or working towards CFA considered an asset
• Relevant undergraduate degree required
• Investment industry accreditation would be a strong asset (e.g. CSC IFIC)
