As an International Sales Manager you will be the driving force behind ESCO Powers international sales expansion.
You will represent the company globally develop new markets and build long-term partnerships with shipyards naval architects and marine operators.This role is ideal for someone passionate about international B2B sales who thrives on building relationships has a natural technical curiosity and wants to make a tangible impact in a fast-growing future-oriented sector.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the international sales strategy for hybrid and electric propulsion solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships (shipyards naval architects boat builders operators)
- Identify new markets generate leads and convert opportunities into sustainable growth
- Manage long and complex sales cycles from first contact through to installation and delivery
- Represent the company at international trade fairs exhibitions and industry events
- Act as the link between clients and internal teams (Business Development Engineering After-Sales) while tracking market trends and competitive insights.
Profile
- Proven experience in international B2B sales within technical or industrial sectors with strong technical affinity to understand and explain complex systems
- Skilled in managing long-cycle high-value projects requiring persistence and client trust
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition adaptability autonomy.
- Readiness to travel extensively (75% of the time)
- Excellent command of English knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
