Job Description:
As a Service Desk Analyst youll be responsible for handling Level 1 calls and providing technical support for user inquiries via phone or email. Youll also produce Quality Audit Reports on the teams weekly calls ensuring that tickets are thoroughly logged and updated.

Your Future Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage first-line incidents through triage troubleshooting and resolution escalating to 2nd/3rd line support or third parties as needed
• Assist in Service Request Management and Service Restoration Management at Level 1

Candidate Profile:

• Fluent in Finnish and strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Keen attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
• Excellent computer and technical skills
• Ability to create clear process maps
• Service-oriented proactive and capable of multitasking
• Strong interpersonal skills including empathy and effective communication
• Vocational Diploma or Bachelors Degree in any field
• Willingness to relocate to the Philippines
