Job Summary

Your role and responsibilities

Contribute to and implement sales and marketing strategies
Manage brand architecture and drive global brand leadership in collaboration with IP specialists
Develop product strategies including pricing and market positioning
Provide market and industry insights and derive strategic actions
Optimize the product portfolio including standardization quality and pricing strategies
Plan execute and launch new products or product variations
Lead cross-functional projects from a marketing and product management perspective
Evaluate and further develop the value proposition

Your profile and qualifications

University degree in Marketing or Sales
Minimum of 3 years experience in the agricultural sector
Experience in selling agricultural products
Proven track record in building brand portfolios
Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
Valid drivers license required
