Roles and Responsibilities
Warehouse Governance: Oversee warehouse operations and ensure alignment across regional management teams.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels of parts and equipment.
- Lead and manage warehouse operations to ensure accuracy efficiency and safety.
- Develop and implement inventory control strategies to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
- Drive productivity improvements through process optimization and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with company policies local regulations and health & safety standards.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to align warehouse practices with business objectives.
- Monitor KPIs related to inventory accuracy order fulfillment and operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
- Manage and develop warehouse staff fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or related field.
5 years of experience in warehouse logistics or inventory management.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management software.
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with automation and digitalization in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
Quality Specific Goals:
1. Aware of and comply with Stop Order Concession Non-Conforming Material Material Identification & Segregation Documentation Configuration Control Good Documentation Practices Approved Supplier/Sourcing & DMR/DHR requirements as associated with this job type/position.
2. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual Quality Management System Quality Management Policy Quality Goals and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
3. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
4. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
