Job Summary

Are you a high-performing sales professional with experience in luxury retail premium automotive jewelry or other high-end products Do you excel at creating a personalized white-glove customer experience while consistently closing sales If so Renewal by Andersen wants to meet you. Next class will be early February 2026.

As a Project Consultant youll represent the nations leading name in premium replacement windows and doors. Our clients are homeowners who value quality design and performance and they expect a sales experience that matches the caliber of the products we deliver.

Training is paid benefits included and best of all - leads are provided. No more door to door or cold calls - ever. We currently have more leads then our reps can handle!

WHAT YOULL BE DOING THE ROLE

  • Meet with homeowners (appointments provided no cold calling).
  • Deliver engaging consultative in-home presentations.
  • Close sales using a proven one-call close approach.
  • Average annual earnings of over $150k with uncapped earning potential.
  • You will use the tools training and sales methodology and create a connection with the customers to offer our replacement services.
  • You will have industry leading product samples support and technology to assist you in closing the sale.
  • Commitment to customer service experience from start to end.

WHAT YOU BRING THE PERSON

  • 2 years of sales success in luxury goods premium services or high-value transactions.
  • Strong closing skills with a consultative relationship-based approach.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Self-motivation and results orientation.
  • College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
