Job Summary

This role isacriticalpositionwithin our Governance& Corporate Stewardship(GCS)team. The team offers Joele Frank clients strategic insight into investors governance and stewardshippriorities andsupports the development ofeffective sustainable business strategies. We work closely with company executives and boards of directors toidentifytheir critical risks and opportunities and develop strategic communications in support of their GCS programs and performance.
Welookfor people with a special combination of intelligencecuriosityand the Joele Frank team are thoughtful communicators andstrong writerswho thrive on tackling challenging fast-paced situations in rolerequires someone withcorporate sustainabilityandgovernanceexpertise an ability to think critically about company vulnerabilities andstrengths anddeliver strategic advice to senior corporate leaders.

Primary responsibilities include:

    • Provide counsel on corporate sustainability strategies aligned with long-term business objectives
    • Advise the Board and senior management on governance trends proxy voting issues and shareholder engagement strategies
    • Oversee preparation of sustainability reports and governance disclosures ensuring accuracy transparency and alignment with global standardsevolving stakeholder expectationsandthe evolving regulatory environment
    • Prepare and deliver clear transparent communications on sustainability risk management and governance practices in proxy statements and investor presentations.
    • Assessinvestorpriorities anddesignappropriate bespokeshareholderengagement strategies

Candidates should possess the following:

    • 7yearsofcorporate sustainability experienceand the ability todemonstrateknowledge of key concepts(-related risk reportingand regulations humancapitaland human rights) and evolving reporting standards and regulations
    • Well-developedcritical thinking exceptionalwritingskillsand attention to detail
    • Demonstratesintellectual curiosity and proactivelymonitorsemerging trends industry developments and best practices to drive innovative solutions and informed decision-making
    • Collaborates effectivelywith colleaguesdemonstratingflexibility and a strong commitment to doing what it takes to achieve shared goals and delivering results under changing priorities
    • The abilitytoeffectively organize and prioritize multiple projects while underintensepressure
$250000 - $330000 a year
