We are a lender/servicer who works with loan originators brokers and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct timely outreach to delinquent borrowers assess hardship and guide them toward appropriate loss-mitigation solutions with clear compliant communication.
Review borrower financials and documentation in alignment with federal state investor insurer and internal servicing requirements.
Maintain thorough accurate and audit-ready documentation of all borrower interactions and case activity.
Collaborate with Loss Mitigation Servicing Compliance and Foreclosure teams to ensure smooth case progression and adherence to critical deadlines.
Monitor timelines ensure compliance with CFPB/RESPA and investor guidelines and meet departmental goals for productivity quality and customer experience.

Basic Qualifications:

Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in mortgage servicing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
In-depth knowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations (e.g. RESPA TILA TRID ECOA HMDA FDCPA CFPB).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Specific Qualifications:

Previous experience in mortgage servicing loss mitigation foreclosure prevention or related financial services
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to delinquent mortgage accounts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional customer-focused approach
High attention to detail with the ability to analyze financial data and documentation
Proficiency with servicing systems CRM platforms and standard office software
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced compliance-driven environment
