Self-employed Sales Negotiator required to manage the full sales process generate new business and deliver exceptional client service for an independent agency covering Chertsey and the surrounding area.

This self-employed position is ideal for a driven and experienced Sales Negotiator who thrives in a flexible remote working environment. Youll represent a respected independent estate agency supporting their growing presence across Chertsey and Weybridge. If youre proactive ambitious and motivated by results this opportunity allows you to take control of your earnings and career progression.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing the full sales process from applicant registration to completion
• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers with buyers and vendors
• Generating new business through prospecting and relationship building
• Delivering excellent customer service throughout each transaction
• Assisting in achieving agreed sales targets
• Providing accurate market knowledge valuations and advice
• Representing the agency professionally across the local area

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven background in residential property sales
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Energetic personable and highly self-motivated
• Knowledge of Chertsey Weybridge and nearby areas is beneficial
• Full UK driving licence (own car preferred)
• Well-presented with a professional approach
