- Design detailed business solutions based on user needs.
- Manage the traceability of requirements through to delivery.
- Develop high-level business cases for investment.
- Lead change implementation activities and business readiness.
- Support process reengineering to improve efficiency.
- Provide accurate impact assessments for change requests.
Requirements
- Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and transformation frameworks.
- Understanding of large-scale financial services organisations.
- Skills in change and implementation management techniques.
- Experience developing business cases for change projects.
- Proven ability to manage change in banking environments.
