At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.In SAP programme management at PwC you will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale SAP implementation projects within an organisation. You will work closely with business leaders project managers and technical teams to define project objectives develop project plans allocate resources monitor progress and mitigate risks. Working in SAP programme management you will coordinate multiple projects resources and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of SAP solutions.
Impact:
High degree of independence and influence over the Center partners and staff in the execution of the SAP delivery strategy. This role has Firm wide impact with global implications. The Leader is expected to establish and execute the activities that enable the behaviors structures systems and competencies required for the Firm to build a successful operating model. This individual must be an enabler and mission led and have the viewpoint and experience to work with other leaders in our business in ensuring effective operation of the model.
The role of a SAP PMO Director is pivotal in ensuring that an organizations projects and initiatives are executed successfully aligned with strategic objectives and contribute to overall business success. The manager must possess a diverse set of skills from leadership and communication to project management expertise and adaptability. By navigating challenges and implementing project management best practices he/she can play a transformative role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of an organizations project management processes ultimately contributing to its long-term success.

The Opportunity
As part of the SAP Data and Analyticsteamyou shall lead the creation and implementation of impactful data migration strategies. As a Director you shall set the strategic direction and lead business development effortsmakingsignificant decisions and overseeing multiple projects whilemaintainingexecutive-level client relations. You shall be crucial in driving business growth shaping client engagements and mentoring the next generation of leaders fostering a healthy workingenvironmentand enhancing client satisfaction.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 16years of experience
What Sets You Apart
-Possessingthought leader-level SAP Data Migration technical experience
-UtilizingSAP ETL Tools (BODS/ADM/ADMM) with advanced SQL skills
- Working knowledge of SAP S4/ECC/ABAP
- Experience in 5 or more End-to-End Implementations in SAP
- Knowledge of SAP data dependencies across functional domains
-Proficiencyin SAP MDG for data governance SAP Datasphere SAC for Data Analytics
- Designing ETL jobs to extract cleansevalidate and transform data
- Creating and executing load programs to load data into SAP
-UtilizingData Quality module of Data Services including cleansing matching and de-duplication
- Developing data quality routines with real-time trigger-based alerts
- Understanding of SAP Data Services (BODS) and SAPSynitiADM/ADMM
- Defining systems strategy developing systems requirementsdesigningand prototyping
-Utilizingdata validation data security and data sensitivity requirements
- Growing business within industry sectors and supporting RFPs
- Implementing technology-enabled business solutions adeptly for clients
-Exhibitingwritten presentation communication and relationship-management skills
-Leveragingproblem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Completing peer review of documentation
- Managing mentoring and leading a team both onshore and offshore
