This involves analysing workforce trends applying the latest HR strategy long-term workforce planning and improving overall employee experience.

Those in total rewards at PwC will design and implement compensation and benefits programmes to attract and retain top talent. Your work will focus on making sure employees are rewarded fairly and competitively for their contributions to the Firm.

Translating the vision you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth shaping the direction of client engagements and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to be a guardian of PwCs reputation understanding that quality integrity inclusion and a commercial mindset are all foundational to our success. You create a healthy working environment while maximising client satisfaction. You cultivate the potential in others and actively team across the PwC Network understanding tradeoffs and leveraging our collective strength.

Profile:

Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge and/or a proven record of success directingefforts in Total Rewards policies and practices preferably within a professional servicesenvironment including but not limited to the following areas:

  • Conveying complex compensation concepts to various stakeholders including senior xAC leadership and local business leaders TC & TA teams;

  • Analyzing data compensation modeling and problem-solving with the ability to review work completed by local teams and provide coaching on modeling methodologies and data presentation that support data-driven decisions that support business outcomes; and

  • Managing complex cross-border compensation projects including the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines (such as year-end annual review / compensation cycle).

  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders including senior leaders HR teams and vendors;

  • Influencing buy-in and driving alignment on compensation strategies across global regions;

  • Developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with the firms global business objectives and talent management goals;

  • Consulting with legal experts on compensation practices compliance with local labor regulations;

  • Leading and developing a diverse global team of compensation professionals fostering an environment of working together and high performance across regions;

  • Understanding cultural differences and their impact on compensation practices with the ability to adapt strategies to meet the needs of a diverse global workforce;

  • Conducting global compensation benchmarking studies and applying market data to develop and maintain competitive pay structures;

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

  • Post graduate with 15 years of overall experience in total rewards.

  • Prior experience in operating in a global environment will be an added advantage

  • Previous experience in Technology / Consulting / BFSI preferred

  • Maturity and capability to handle senior stakeholders

  • Location Bangalore / Mumbai / Kolkata / Hyderabad / Delhi NCR / Chennai
