About the team
Mambus Order to Cash (OTC) team is responsible for the financial reporting billing and collections of our relationships with our customers. The dynamic OTC team at Mambu consists of a revenue controller & team lead a billing and collections analyst a financial analyst and has a vacancy for a Billing Specialist. The Billing Specialist will work closely together with the customers as well as wider finance organization to accurately issue the regular invoices to the customer maintain the collection process and report on accounts receivable (AR) and collection this position you will be part of a dynamic and diverse international finance team.
What youll do
- Execute the billing and collections activities to maintain a robust process to ensure completeness and accuracy of the order to cash process.
- Analyze customer contracts to ensure that Mambu sends invoices timely and accurately.
- Invoice management in the ERP system (NetSuite) in close cooperation with OTC and finance team.
- Together with the revenue controller be responsible for the monthly financial close process including preparing and reviewing reports and journal entries in relation to accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly reporting package and analysis of AR; support the FP&A team with explaining results.
- Provide guidance and support to sales teams regarding the billing and collection policies
- Involvement in the annual group external audit on all AR related topics.
What youll bring
- Extensive experience in billing / finance / accounting functions in an international environment.
- Ability to work in a fast paced global environment and take ownership of the billing and collection processes quickly.
- Experience in ERP GSuite MS-Office Suite (NetSuite big plus).
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Passionate about getting things done and continuous improvements.
- Flexible mindset and team player ability to take on other finance tasks where needed.
- You approach work in a structured and organized manner and excel at meeting deadlines.
- A customer-friendly attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English other languages are a plus.
