We are seekingapassionateStudentAssistant Commercial Communicationto join our team. As a member oftheAscendis Pharmateam you will play a role inhelping to build our communicationfunctionand channelsacrossEurope and International marketsand support ourlocal affiliates in their local PR and communication is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environmentandcollaboratewithbothlocaland globalcross-functional teamswhilegainingexperience across multiple communication disciplinesto make a difference for patients living with rare endocrine diseases.

Youwill be joining theCommercial Communication team andreport directly toPia Beltrão Hansen Senior Director & Head of Commercial Communicationwho is based inour global Headquarters in Hellerup/ willalsobebasedinour global headquarters in Hellerup.

Your key responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:

• Producing compelling content; writing and editing engaging articles and producing videosand othercommunicationformatsfor our internaland externalchannels including social media
• Helping to build digital channels(websitessocial media and newsletters)across our Europeanmarkets including tracking and analysis of performance
• Supporting design and roll out of internal and external multi-channeldisease awarenessandcommunication campaigns
• Support with media relations across Europeanaffiliates;includingproducingmessaging forpress releasesmediaeventsinterviewstrainingsissues managementetc.
• Managing approval of communication materials

Qualifications and Skills:

Ideally youarein thelast year of yourBachelorstudiesorhave started the first year ofyourMastersstudiesin Communications Media & Journalism or a related field.

Furthermoreyou have:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in European languages (Danish French Finnish German ItalianNorwegianSpanishorSwedish)is an added benefit.
• Proficiencyin MS Office tools such as Outlook PowerPoint SharePoint Teams and Exceland have experience invideo editingand graphic design usingtoolssuch as CANVAor with VeevaPromoMatsis an advantage but not a requirement.

Youhave a passion for using communication strategically todevelopcompelling and engagingcontentforpatients healthcare professionals journalists and internal audiences bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to our communications at Ascendis Pharma.

Hours:2-3 days per week approx. 15-20 hours in want you to be able to balance your studies and work responsibilities and therefore offer flexibility during exam periods.
