What youll do:

• Lead and oversee diverse financial advisory engagements involving debt and capital markets products and capital structuring strategies.

• Take ownership of deal execution including preparing senior-level presentations information memoranda credit analysis and complex financial models.

• Support and collaborate with Directors and senior stakeholders driving transaction workflows and managing interactions with clients financiers and legal advisers.

• Lead proposal responses and deepen expertise in debt products and market trends to inform strategic advice.

• Establish and nurture long-term client relationships at the executive level and spearhead deal origination initiatives.

• Drive leadership and motivation within the business segment mentoring junior team members and contributing to the vision for growth and financial targets.

What were looking for:

• Extensive experience and deep understanding of various debt instruments and capital markets ideally gained in corporate finance debt capital markets or banking environments.

• Proven senior-level success in banking debt capital markets corporate finance or related financial advisory roles.

• Exceptional attention to detail superior presentation skills and advanced financial modelling abilities including with non-investment grade debt.

• Highly effective communication and report writing skills with strong interpersonal skills to build trusted client partnerships.

• Strong capacity for lateral and creative thinking beyond traditional transactional advisory.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex work pipelines and lead teams effectively.

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Commerce or a related discipline.
