About the Role
As the sole HR lead the People and Culture Manager will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle and contribute strategically to people initiatives. Youll work closely with the Director of Finance and Corporate Services and external HR and payroll providers to deliver modern inclusive and effective HR practices.
This is a newly created role following a recent organisational restructure designed to fill gaps and strengthen internal capability. Youll have the opportunity to shape the HR systems policies and culture.
