About the opportunity
Were seeking a creative and hands-on designer to help shape the University of Tasmanias visual identity across key brand platforms campaigns and flagship events. Working closely with the Brand Coordinator and Head of Brand youll play a key role in implementing and evolving our design language to bring strategic direction to life.
What youll do:
- Collaborate with the Brand Coordinator and Head of Brand to evolve the Universitys brand look and feel ensuring alignment with strategic brand guidance.
- Lead design concept and execution for high-profile brand projects.
- Use market insights audience research and brand performance data to inform creative approaches and ensure relevance and impact across brand and campaign outputs.
- Develop creative concepts and visual direction for brand-aligned campaigns in collaboration with wider marketing team.
- Develop visual toolkits for digital channels including social media ensuring brand consistency and adaptability across formats.
What were looking for:
- Proven experience in brand design visual identity development and creative leadership.
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate strategic direction into visual outcomes.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and design systems.
- Experience in art directing or influencing photoshoots and visual content creation.
- Experience developing style guides and toolkits for events or campaigns.
Salary details
Appointment to this role will be at HEO 6 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $116872 comprising base salary within the range of $92120 to $99891 plus 17% superannuation.
