Use your leadership and compliance experience to build a new central intelligence team and contribute to sustainable and fair water management for the environment and communities of NSW
The Natural Resources Access Regulator (NRARs) Innovation Systems and Intelligence team are seeking to appoint a Campaign Advisory Lead who will lead the Campaign Design and Support team within the Intelligence function that provides compliance campaign design and support to NRARs operational teams.
This role applies behavioural and data insights to regulatory practice and program design leveraging NRARs intelligence spatial and ICT systems and tools to develop and implement frameworks and toolkits to improve operational data collection processes and enable demonstration of compliance campaign effectiveness. The role also identifies and remediates issues and implements improvements to effectiveness and efficiency.
About You
You are a strategic and collaborative professional with excellent communication skills who can translate complex intelligence into actionable compliance and operational outcomes. You have experience designing programs that drive behaviour change analysing operational requirements and recommending actions.
