As part of the ncgCARE network we are dedicated to improving lives by delivering evidence-based mental health care for children adolescents and adults. Our comprehensive range of services include school-based therapy outpatient treatment psychiatric evaluations community support and substance use services.

Compensation:This position is compensated using apiece rate model where pay is based on theRelative Value Units (RVUs)assigned to each billable service. Each clinical service (e.g. individual therapy group therapy assessments) is assigned a specific RVU value and your total compensation is determined by the number and type of services you deliver.

Estimated income ranges:

• Associate Licensed: $36 - $37.50
• Fully Licensed: $39.00 - $40.50

The ranges above are estimates based on productivity. Under this compensation model there is unlimited earning potential!

Position Description:

• Assessment and reassessment of the clients need for services;
• Informing the client about benefits community resources and services;
• Assisting the client in accessing benefits and services;
• Arranging for the client to receive benefits and services; and monitoring the provision of services.

• LCAS
• Dually licensed is preferred but not required
• PCP Experienced is Preferred
• Must have a Valid drivers license
