E-COMMERCE KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

LOCATION: Role based in Europe not necessarily Amsterdam

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our eCommerce Key Account Manager you are responsible for market share growth in DACH and Benelux. You will lead Cotys pure player customer strategy ensuring alignment with strategic priorities to drive profitable growth while maintaining local relevance.

Your main focus:

• Define and implement pure player customer strategies for assigned countries/accounts.
• Align customer growth plans with Cotys priorities for scale and selectivity.
• Manage trade terms pricing corridors and promotion frameworks.
• Lead negotiations and investment planning with pricing governance and competitive insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with RGM Finance Supply Digital Shelf and local markets.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to take ownership of customer relationships and business performance bringing expertise in e-commerce and account management while thriving in cross-functional and international settings. You get energy from working in a fast-paced diverse and international environment. Other than that you:

• Bring 510 years of extensive account management experience with top European customers (pure players preferred) and full P&L responsibility.
• Have a strong beauty e-commerce background across Cotys core categories.
• Demonstrate commercial leadership skills in trade terms pricing strategy forecasting and commercial negotiations to drive accretive growth.
• Work with a structured analytical and result-driven mindset while remaining agile and adaptable.
• Collaborate effectively in a matrix organization partnering with cross-functional teams across content marketing and supply chain.
