Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrialization and tooling expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.
Youll play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring operational excellence. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as sourcing supplier quality and EPU managers) oversee tooling and production equipment and drive continuous improvement initiatives and much more.
Youll specifically take care of designing and optimizing machines and workstations but also ensuring the maintenance and reliability of production tools.
Well look to you for:
Proposing setting up and improving manufacturing processes including workstations tooling industrialization rules routings and assembly instructions
Maintaining a comprehensive methods library and times bookshop
Supporting the continuous improvement of manufacturing lines
Qualifying industrial means related to manufacturing repairs and rework
Developing and monitoring performance indicators for production tools
Managing overhead budgets CAPEX and investments related to new manufacturing equipment
Ensuring compliance with EHS Alstom and external standards
Training and continuously upskilling workers and EPU managers
Investigating root causes of non-conformities or incidents and implementing corrective solutions
Proposing improvement ideas and evolving tooling within your domain

Degree in Engineering or a related field
20 years of experience or understanding of manufacturing processes and tooling design.
Knowledge of Process FMEA and continuous improvement methodologies
Familiarity with maintenance and control of production equipment
A certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
