Purpose of Role:

To lead the design delivery and continuous improvement of exceptional workplace or client experiences across physical and digital touchpoints ensuring alignment with brand values operational excellence and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience Strategy:Develop and implement a holistic experience strategy that integrates people place and technology to drive engagement productivity and well-being.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:Partner with clients internal teams (e.g. facilities HR IT marketing) and service providers to understand needs and co-create tailored experience solutions.

  • Journey Mapping:Identify and map key user journeys (e.g. onboarding daily workplace interactions event participation) to uncover pain points and opportunities for enhancement.

  • Program Management:Oversee experience-related programs such as workplace activation change management community-building initiatives and feedback loops.

  • Data & Feedback:Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback (e.g. surveys occupancy data sentiment analysis) to measure experience performance and inform decisions.

  • Technology Integration:Collaborate with digital teams to leverage workplace apps IoT or smart building tools that enhance user convenience and personalization.

  • Brand Alignment:Ensure all physical and service experiences reflect the organizations culture values and employer/brand identity.

  • Continuous Improvement:Establish KPIs and benchmarks; iterate offerings based on trends user input and business goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Organizational Psychology Human Resources Hospitality or a related field.

  • 5 years of experience in customer experience (CX) employee experience (EX) workplace strategy change management or hotel industry.

  • Strong facilitation communication and storytelling skills.

  • Familiarity with experience design frameworks (e.g. design thinking service blueprinting).

  • Experience in hospitality events real estate or facilities management is a plus.

  • Proficiency with collaboration and analytics tools (e.g. Microsoft 365 Power BI AI tools etc.).

Work Environment:

The role is based in Shanghai with frequent interaction across departments and stakeholder groups in APAC.
