We are seeking a dynamic results-oriented Sales Recruiter to join our Ruckus Sales HR this role you will lead full-cycle recruitment for sales positions across Ruckus Networks in the North American Region (NAR) partnering closely with sales leadership to identify attract and hire top-performing talent. This is a hybrid role in Charlotte NC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for numerous roles across our Sales team.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements target profiles and hiring goals.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-performing sales professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive outreach and talent mapping.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments behavioral interviews and competency evaluations.
  • Manage the candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance ensuring professionalism and responsiveness at every stage.
  • Advise hiring managers on market trends compensation benchmarks and hiring best practices.
  • Track and maintain data accuracy in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruiting metrics as needed.
  • Represent Ruckus Networks as a brand ambassador at events career fairs and networking activities.
  • Collaborate with HR compensation and onboarding teams to ensure seamless transitions for new hires.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5 years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience
  • Proven success sourcing passive candidates and filling hard-to-hire sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales competencies performance drivers and territory-based hiring needs.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search and recruitment analytics.
  • High levels of professionalism discretion and a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experience.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants skill sets years of experience training education geography and other business needs. Depending on experience the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This positions expected total base salary compensation is $76000.00 - $97000.00.

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental and vision plans life and accidental death insurance a 401(k) plan and participation in the Companys Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year paid vacation (prorated based on start date) and other leave options.
