Due to Michigan public schools requirements individuals with theft violence or drug related backgrounds will not

qualify for employment.

This position offers paid mileage reimbursement and travel time due to traveling between the school buildings within the district. Candidates MUST have valid proof of Auto Insurance.

When and Where is the job located:

We have the following school supervisor custodian opportunities available in the Wayland Union Public School District.

District Wide Custodial Supervisor
- 2:30pm - 11:00pm Mon - Fri
Core Responsibilities:
- Execute the clean building process
- Finish the job with GRBS tools
- Complete 360 communication
- Lead manage serve and hold team members accountable
- Lead with integrity and humility

Pay Rate: $18.75/hour

What does this job look like:
We serve our public school customers by completing the following tasks for general cleaning with additional leadership responsibilities for supervisor positions

Vacuuming
Mopping
Dusting
Cleaning restrooms
Removing trash
Ensure all exterior doors are secured by completing perimeter door pulls
Follow up and close out of customer concerns
Walk building to ensure quality standards are upheld
Training of new team members
Lead manager and hold team accountability
This is NOT a desk job as you will be on your feet moving and cleaning alongside your team members
Travel using your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement and paid drive time throughout the school district
As well as other cleaning task as assigned
