Job Summary

Position: Full-stack Developer
Location: Hybrid onsite in Columbus OH (PLEASE ONLY SEND CANDIDATES THAT ARE LOCAL TO OH and can be onsite day one)

Must-Have Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot and RESTful web services.

Proven expertise in TDD using tools like JUnit Mockito or Spock.

Proficiency in GraphQL schema design query optimization and backend integration.

Experience with contract testing frameworks (e.g. Pact Spring Cloud Contract).

Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL MySQL MongoDB).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) Docker and Kubernetes.

Strong skills in Git CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving debugging and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Prior experience mentoring developers and contributing to technical leadership.

Background in enterprise-grade distributed systems and event-driven architecture.

Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana Prometheus Dynatrace).

Passion for clean maintainable code and scalable architecture.
