The Head of D2C Department will lead the strategic development and execution of the companys direct-to-consumer initiatives. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth enhancing customer experience and building a scalable D2C business model across digital channels. A visionary leader with deep expertise in e-commerce digital marketing customer lifecycle management and omnichannel retail.

What Youll Do:

  • Develop and execute the overall D2C strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including e-commerce marketing customer service and logistics.
  • Oversee the performance of all D2C platforms (website mobile app marketplaces).
  • Drive customer acquisition through performance marketing SEO/SEM social media and influencer campaigns.
  • Own the D2C P&L budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure operational excellence across fulfillment returns and last-mile delivery.

What you must have:

  • Bachelors degree in business Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8 years of experience in D2C e-commerce or digital retail leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of scaling D2C businesses and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with tools like Shopify Salesforce Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.
