Exciting Opportunity to be a part of Offshore Financial Services Audits

Are you an experienced audit or accounting professional ready to take your career global without leaving home EY is looking for talented professionals with experience in Insurance Banking and Wealth & Asset Management to join our Special Project Team a uniquely focused offshore audit practice supporting EY teams around the world.

In this role you will:

Lead or be part of a global audit engagement team - virtually - working with EY teams in Europe and US sub-regions
Work with world-class audit tools and proprietary EY technology platforms applying the globally accepted audit methodology
Get an in-depth understanding of the financial services industry and be trained by experts in the field
Work full time from the comfort of your home based in Sri Lanka
Gain opportunities for short-term/long-term secondments or permanent relocation to offshore EY offices if youre a high performer

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Performing complex and specific audit procedures while developing effective client-focused audit strategies
Plan conduct and manage audit and assurance engagements in accordance with relevant international accounting and auditing standards
Proactively building relationships that support our ability to provide tailored services that meet a wide range of assurance needs and contribute to new business development; and
Prioritize and handle multiple assignments in challenging environments

Skills and Attributes for Success:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in audit and assurance services having used audit software applications
A passion for delivering exceptional client service
