Senior Platform Engineer

What youll do
Design build and maintain secure scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform Ansible or Puppet
Automate the DevOps lifecycle with CI/CD pipelines that streamline software delivery and enable developer autonomy
Develop bespoke internal tools and centralized developer platforms (IDPs) to improve engineering efficiency
Provision and monitor cloud infrastructure across platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP
Champion platform adoption support teams using the platform and lead improvements based on real user feedback
Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies including AI-enhanced monitoring and automation-first solutions
Promote a culture of collaboration mentoring and continuous improvement through active engagement with cross-functional teams
Ensure platform services align with security compliance and regulatory requirements
What youll need
Proficiency with IaC and DevOps tools (e.g. Terraform Ansible Puppet)
Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and architecture (Azure AWS or GCP)
Background in Agile product ownership and methodologies such as Scrum Kanban or SAFe
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience designing secure compliant and high-performing platforms
Ability to coach and mentor developers and junior engineers
Desirable
Certifications in ITIL SAFe or DevOps
Experience working in multi-region enterprise-scale environments
Exposure to AI-driven monitoring and automation technologies
A passion for innovation and exploring emerging trends in platform engineering
