Job Summary
YOUR MISSION:
Join us in reimagining customer experience with Agentic AI. As an Enterprise Engagement Manager (f/m/d) at Parloa you are a core driver of customer success value realization and satisfaction of our enterprise customers. You will manage a portfolio of customers guiding them through implementation adoption and ongoing value realization with a consultative and customer-first approach.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Build strong trust-based relationships and credibility across key stakeholdersrepresent Parloa as a reliable and value-driving partner.
- Drive customer outcomesbuild success plans track KPIs monitor progress and translate results into business insights.
- Oversee implementationsmanage cross-functional teams and timelines to ensure smooth on-time go-lives.
- Proactively manage renewals and identify growth opportunities across accounts including new use cases and departments.
- Make value visible through strong communication and translating outcomes into impactful messages.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 12 years of experience in Customer Success Account Management Consulting or similar role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive growth mindset and eagerness to learncomfortable managing multiple customers and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities to ensure smooth execution and follow-through.
- A genuine interest in AI automation and customer experience innovation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
