About Womens Tech Academy

Premium Hub - Center of Expertise (CoE thereafter) focuses on value delivery for SAPs top customers globally helping them increase the value of their SAP solutions and master their digital transformation.

Female employees constitute 35% of the total workforce at SAP. The Womens Tech Academy a rolling 3-year initiative is purposefully designed to champion the cause of women in technology.

At its inception the program successfully recruited and onboarded a cohort of talented female early-career professionals. This assembly of individuals collectively strives to develop into a dynamic team with global mindset. Their overarching objective is to nurture and cultivate exceptional global consultants capable of delivering high-quality services to diverse customers across the globe. Program Plan

• Within the 3-year program you will be based in Great China to take real case practices serving customers. Moreover you will have distinct privilege to receive prioritized opportunities of rotational business travels primarily to North America and maybe the EMEA regions with the overarching goal of cultivating a global mindset.
• Upon the completion of the 3-year period individuals will transition to a permanent global assignment primarily focusing on North America and maybe also EMEA region. The objective of this assignment is to consistently deliver Premium Engagement services of the highest quality to customers around the world.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• 0-3 years working experience in a professional setting with SAP applications experience would be a plus
• Bachelors degree or above with major in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or related disciplines; with business application knowledge or experience in such as finance and logistics would be a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English with German language skills would be a plus
• Have a global mindset with the flexibility to work abroad able to thrive in a complex and constantly changing environment
• Team player with ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Resourceful self-starters with strong interpersonal skills who are eager learners
• Openness towards new emerging technologies with a Can Do attitude
• Customer-centric individuals who enjoy helping others to achieve their objectives and outcomes
• Willing to take domestica and international travel (expected commitment 30%-70%)

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Classroom or remote type learning and understanding SAP Cloud products and solutions SAP Premium Engagement services as well as a mix of technical and soft skill topics
• On the job training with the support of buddies and mentors
• Rotation assignments to collaborate with other teams in a global scope
• Meeting performance requirements at conclusion of each rotation
• Work on relevant services or projects that demonstrate your communication and interpersonal skills as well as a strong work ethic that delivers high quality deliverables
• Demonstrate problem solving time management and communication skills through a range of activities done during training and on the job
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Displaying effective communication skills to handle and explain customer situations (to both business end users and SAP technical/ functional consultants)
• Adapt to knowledge on new technologies in a consistently dynamic and changing environment

SKILL REQUIREMENT

Pls notice you will need to master at least one of the skills listed below:

• FICO finance related modules
• Development skills background e.g. python ABAP java would be a plus
