Knowledge of ag business and third party financing required.
Manage business-to-business relationships that contribute to FCCs growing loan portfolio.

What youll do:

Work with crop input retailers and farm equipment dealers on how using FCC point-of-sale financing can help them enhance their businesses and support their customers
Develop business to business relationships
Support Senior Relationship Managers with partner requests
Execute sales and marketing strategies remotely

What were looking for:

Collaborator with experience in consultation and business development practices

Strong communicator whos comfortable working with business owners finance and sales staff

What youll need:

A bachelors degree in agriculture business or commerce and at least three years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
In-depth knowledge of relationship management process third party financing marketing and sales
