This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a high-volume environment exercises excellent judgment and brings strong executive-level coordination communication and confidentiality skills in both English and French.
Requirements
Post-secondary education diploma or equivalent preferred;
A minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar role;
Strong language skills including writing editing and proofreading in both official languages (English and French).
Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate executive work schedules.
Established ability to work with confidential information;
Strong time management skills.
Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work independently as well as in a team environment;
Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills including effective phone skills to different audiences;
Impeccable attention to detail;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint);
Potentially available and prepared to work long hours (nights and weekends) and travel for extended periods as needed.
