Were seeking a Plumber based in Adelaide to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across hydraulic systems ensuring assets remain safe reliable and compliant. Youll work across a diverse client portfolio supporting BGISs mission of making places work while partnering with a collaborative team that values safety innovation and customer excellence.

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on hot water systems TMVs backflow devices & general plumbing
Undertake plant replacement breakdown maintenance & preventative servicing
Mentor and support apprentices while contributing to a strong safety culture
Manage and liaise with sub-contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery
Complete work orders and reports within required timeframes
Participate in the on-call roster for after-hours support
Ensure compliance with WHSE requirements legislation and BGIS systems
Certificate III in Plumbing (minimum qualification)
Relevant plumbing licence and White Card (mandatory)
Manual drivers licence (essential)
15 years experience in plumbing maintenance and services
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive safety-focused and adaptable approach to problem solving
Full working rights in Australia (essential)
