5-7 years of experience in scheduling and forecasting roles this includes experience in creating and managing complex schedules as well as generating accurate forecasts; manufacturing preferred.
Experience with all aspects of scheduling and forecasting system use system upgrades risk analysis new feature adoption and process automation for improved scheduling efficiencies.
Previous experience in a large complex multi-jurisdiction (U.S. and Canada) enterprise environment.
Experience implementing or supporting HCM / workforce management / time & attendance / advanced scheduling systems (e.g. UKG Pro Kronos Workforce Dimensions Kronos Central ADP eTime Dayforce or similar or equivalent) highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders to align schedules to demand capacity and business strategy.
Advanced knowledge of scheduling and forecasting systems including template design schedule optimization and reporting features.
Exceptional analytical skills to recognize/manage shift patterns schedules and forecasting models.
Demonstrated knowledge of union rules/CBAs and labor laws.
Demonstrated knowledge of business operations and the ability to synthesize complex workforce data to provide clear decisive and actionable recommendations to improve labor optimization decisions across business functions and at a macro level.
Experience implementing and leading scheduling practices process enhancements and automation opportunities to drive operational excellence.
Excellent collaboration and influence skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively negotiate with other teams to create mutually beneficial solutions.

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program and we are targeting a salary range of $88910-$133506 based on your level of skills qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program which offers a cash bonus targeting 7%of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

You will optimize scheduling labor forecasting and planning through expert administration of scheduling functionality within UKG across the U.S. and Canadian locations including manufacturing sites distribution centers Timberlands field sites as well as Seattle HQ. You will be responsible for standardizing schedules defining scheduling practices and enabling advanced scheduling features within UKG Scheduling to support business operations. This role will have strong partnerships and collaborate with business operations leaders site payroll contacts and Payroll and provide key insights and analytics to support demand and capacity planning.
What Youll Do:
Serve as subject matter expert for UKG WFM Scheduling & Forecasting functionality including overseeing upgrades analyzing risks assessing new release features and leading projects to adopt new functionalities or change processes.
Work closely with business operations Payroll HRMS and UKG to optimize schedule functionality (including process optimization/automation system enhancements and new functionality implementations).
Ensure that workforce Scheduling & Forecasting functionality complies with organizational policies applicable laws and regulations (federal state/provincial local) and corporate governance requirements in U.S. and Canada proactively addressing risks or gaps in coverage.
Conduct reporting and analysis to propose and effectively implement scheduling demand and capacity planning enhancements across all business functions.
Manage and prioritize scheduling requests from site operations and work to ensure scheduling needs are incorporated while also ensuring standardization of scheduling practices across business functions.
Manages communication stakeholder buy-in and training related to scheduling system improvements and policy changes. Optimize Scheduling functionality and processes related to scheduling and labor balance monitoring; recommend and implement improvements to workflow controls and documentation.
Effectively partner with business leaders HR leaders and WFM Center of Excellence (COE) peers to capture business requirements for scheduling processes; articulates technical specifications for UKG scheduling functionality improvements and enhancements.
