Job Summary

Start Date: 6 January 2026

Remote with 1 on-site visit per quarter to the Porto (Douro) office


Role Overview

Support a fast-growing French fintech by resolving technical issues for users. The core of this role is SQL-based investigation troubleshooting and clear communication with clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to French-speaking users via email/phone/chat

  • Diagnose and resolve issues using SQL queries

  • Analyse data inconsistencies and identify root causes

  • Document resolutions and escalate when necessary

Requirements

  • C2 level French B1/B2 English

  • Solid SQL knowledge (reading/writing/debugging)

  • Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving

  • Remote-work readiness

Nice-to-have: Basic familiarity with Postman or SaaS tools
