Job Summary

What is the job about

Responsible for Hosur Industry Sales Dealer management and achieving Monthly and yearly sales target. Conducting various marketing activities and Providing necessary technical support to Dealer Sales team. Handling of sales within assigned business scope /Framework of the strategies and policies of the company.

Main responsibilities:

Realize individual sales target. Implementation of sales policies procedures and systems to ensure compliance with corporate policies and provide working guidelines for the sales team;
This position is part of the Grundfos India South Sales team and will be responsible for Industry Sales Hosur and Location will be Hosur.
Develop and maintain dealer network develop dealers competency in collaboration with Channel management;
Develop a designated customer base including preparation plans budgets and promotional activity.
Build up and maintain good relationship with All external stakeholders including end users design institute consulting firms authorities and etc.
According to sales target work out sales strategy and action plan in the specific business area of the specific region.
Monitor account receivable balance monthly; follow up with customers on outstanding balances and ensure that customers pay as per terms to help manage cash flow and reduce potential bad debts. Develop the existing customer on quotation submission and marketing activities
To Identify /Develop new Industrial application areas business area and new customers
Project pipeline follow up
Get update marketing status & report to direct
Update CRM tool on sales order opportunity quotation and activities identified and corrected; detection and correction of missing route in deliveries
Input Customer master data update

Your Background:

  • A Graduate Engineer with about 5-10 years of Professional Experience
  • Experience driving developed process within IND segment
  • Ability of leading process in project progress and business process
  • Strong ability to influence others
