Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN) Up to 55600

What Were Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with valid NMC registration.
- Strong clinical background with experience as a Clinical Lead Unit Manager or Deputy Manager.
- Confident leading teams making clinical decisions and managing complex care needs.
- Driving licence and access to a car (essential).
- Compassionate leadership style with excellent communication skills.
- Able to balance supernumerary duties with clinical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing and care team.
- Deliver high-quality nursing care for older adults with nursing and dementia needs.
- Oversee assessments care planning medication management and audits.
- Lead mentor and develop staff to ensure excellent standards of practice.
- Assist with safeguarding compliance and regulatory responsibilities.
- Maintain a hands-on approach during clinical shifts to ensure continuity of care.
