About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist fluent in Portuguese and English to join our on-site team. You will be the first point of contact for end consumers and retailers (CATs) assisting with product-related inquiries troubleshooting and spare-part support. This role requires strong communication skills and previous experience handling US customers.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer requests via phone email chat and webform.

  • Assist end consumers and CAT retailers with product information and service support.

  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through solutions.

  • Support customers with spare parts search availability checks and purchases.

  • Maintain accurate case documentation in internal systems.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet required KPIs.

Requirements

  • Portuguese C1 and English C1 proficiency.

  • 12 years of experience in a BPO environment or experience supporting US customers.

  • Strong communication problem-solving and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work on-site; Hybrid may be possible after the 6th month if KPIs are met.

  • Only candidates who currently live locally will be considered.
