About the Role:

Our Account Management team focuses on supporting the firms 150 top UK priority accounts across multiple segments and sectors supporting leadclientpartners and account teams to drive stronger sustainable client relationships pipelinesalesand large complex accounts require global navigation andco ordinationwithin the PwC networkin order todeliver a seamless customer experience.

Werelooking for a Senior Account Manager tobe responsible forthe account management ofoneof ourpriority clients as part of ourGovernment & Health Industry specifically inbiopharmaceuticals.

What your days will look like:

  • Enabling high-performing teams of partners and staff to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Developing differentiated account strategies aligned with commercial goals and annual plans.
  • Mobilizing account teams to execute objectives and drive delivery against account plans.
  • Creating and manage client relationship maps to strengthen strategic connections.
  • Gathering and communicate client insights and feedback leveraging Gen AI tools for efficiency.
  • Leading pipeline analysis and interventions to achieve targeted sales performance.
  • Collaborating with Pursuit teams on win strategies acting as the clients voice throughout.
  • Providing financial insights and oversee reporting (procurement value-add compliance) to support business development and client engagement.

This role is for you if:

  • Preferably experienced in the pharmaceutical industry but not essential.
  • Deep understanding of large complex organizations and how professional services add value.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior internal stakeholders and client procurement teams.
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic business drivers for complex clients and best-practice account management.
  • Proven track record in business development client relationship management and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to lead motivate and coach diverse account teams; experience in people development.
  • Proficient in CRM and financial reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce) and account lifecycle best practices.
  • Highly proactive team player with excellent communication and influencing skills.
