Job Description Summary

As Senior Software Engineer youll work closely with architects and technical product managers to translate overall system architecture and product requirements into well-designed and implemented software components. Youll take ownership of the implementation of individual software components with high emphasis on quality test-driven development and sound software engineering practices - using software engineering best practices to ensure a high standard of quality for all the team deliverables.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills qualifications experience and addition this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
