We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Technology Leader to drive our Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) initiatives. This role will be pivotal in shaping our AI/ML strategy leading complex technical projects and providing thought leadership in Data Science and Generative AI
As a senior technical expert you will work hands-on with cutting-edge technologies mentor teams and collaborate across product engineering and research functions to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.
Job Requirements
- Lead the design and development of advanced AI/ML models with emphasis on Generative AI applications.
- Define technology roadmaps best practices and standards for AI/ML adoption across the organization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and services.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers/data scientists fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI ML and Data Science and evaluate their potential impact.
- Drive proof-of-concept projects from ideation to deployment.
Critical Requirements
-10 years of experience in AI/ML and Data Science with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in Generative AI (LLMs diffusion models transformers etc.).
- Strong background in statistical modelling deep learning and large-scale data processing.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch Hugging Face Transformers.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with cloud-based AI services (AWS Azure GCP).
- Track record of delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Education
- Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science AI/ML Data Science or related field.
- Experience working in global matrixed organizations.
- Publications or patents in AI/ML research.
