We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues. We do that by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing the way fans spend their money the events that fans attend the channels fans respond to the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 1000 clients globally including the English Premier League Red Bull UEFA VISA the NFL Nike and Amazon. We are over 1000 people based out of 15 offices and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

An Operations Executive at Two Circles works within the Rights Management Operations team implementing project plans across our diverse portfolio of clients. The role has a range of duties which includes overseeing the quality and commercial relevance of marketing materials communicating with internal functions managing and building relationships with external suppliers budgeting auditing of materials and tracking stock movement.

RESPONSBILITIES

Working with project managers to create project plans managing client supplier and internal deadlines

Oversee production workflow of bespoke marketing materials

Quality control of bespoke marketing materials pre-& postproduction

Sourcing of physical and digital materials needed for design production

Managing & building relationships with a range of external suppliers

Budget management auditing of materials and tracking stock movement

Work with logistics companies to track and ensure fast and effective delivery of materials

Ad hoc admin tasks for the team

Support internal sales team alongside project managers



Requirements

Thrives in a fast-paced environment in which taking own initiative is essential

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and execute them in a high-pressure environment

Confident concise communicator both written and verbal

Highly organised where concentrating on one task while working on multiple projects comes easily to you

Accurate and excellent attention to detail
