Position Overview

A Long-Term Care facility in Ainsworth NE is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to residents in a nursing home environment. The RN will support both clinical and daily living needs ensure accurate documentation monitor changes in condition and collaborate with the care team to promote resident well-being.

Schedule

Variable Night Shifts
12-hour shifts
36/48-hour alternating weekly schedule
Flexibility required based on facility needs

Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
Administer medications and treatments accurately
Monitor residents for changes in condition and report appropriately
Document assessments interventions and outcomes
Assist residents with ADLs as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support quality care
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in LTC / Skilled Nursing / Nursing Homes preferred
Ability to work variable night shifts
Strong clinical judgment and compassionate care approach
