Responsibilities
- Administrative management of service processes opening closing and invoicing each service process.
- Documenting and processing the guarantees for workshop and field staff interventions prior to despatch to the factories.
- Managing the replacement of service files. Invoicing and return of parts.
- Other ad-hoc functions and administrative support for the Mechanics coordinator.
- Managing technicians occupational risk documentation and sending it to customers.
- Maintaining the database of pending and executed newsletters.
- Monitoring and claiming after-sales invoices..
Competencies
- Portuguese as mother tongue fluency in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in Office 365.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
- Experience in a similar position will be valued.
