As Talent Acquisition Partner at LRQA you will be responsible for providing guidance as subject matter expert and help to develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategies build relationships with key stakeholders and handle complex recruitment challenges across North America and LATAM countries by leveraging Talent Insights to help guide our hiring community as well as support ad-hoc projects from time to time.

This role can be offered as hybrid from our Monterrey office but some flexibility from other locations across Mexico as remote.

How will you make a difference

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored inclusive recruitment strategies.
  • Lead job scoping conversations to define role requirements and success profiles.
  • Source diverse talent through multiple channels including job boards social media networking referrals and events.
  • Conduct thoughtful and engaging interviews assessing both technical fit and cultural alignment.
  • Act as a brand ambassador showcasing LRQAs Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and inclusive culture.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle ensuring a seamless and respectful experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Use data and talent insights to inform decisions and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to hold Hiring Manager to account as part of the hiring process

What will you bring

Essential

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a fast-paced global environment (a blend of in-house and RPO providing talent as a service) across North America and LATAM countries
  • Strong sourcing expertise across technical and complex skills set - using Boolean and / or X-Ray sourcing techniques
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
  • High level of professionalism discretion and integrity.
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for knowledge sharing.
  • Relentless client focus and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Bi-lingual English and Spanish (written and verbal)

Desirable

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
  • Executive search experience

Selection Process

  1. An initial conversation with a member of the Global Talent Acquisition Team
  2. A case study assessment
  3. A final interview focused on values and behaviours
