Position Overview:
Our ImmigrationJuniorConsultants are responsible for helping corporations and private clients successfully complete the relevant immigration process so that they are able to live and work around the world.â They develop a strong service relationship with clients upon contact to ensure that each case is handled expediently accurately and consistent with global standards. âA key part of the role is to liaise directly with clients understanding their situation and ensuring theappropriate solutions. OurConsultantsuse their commercial and professionalexpertiseto provide prompt high quality tailoredadviceand guidance based on individual client needs. We help ensure clients obtain the relevant visas work permits visa extensions settlement and passport and nationality papers in a smooth and stress-free manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying outvolumecasework for assigned countries including case initiation case assessment provision of advice on applicable rules and procedures casepreparationand submissionmonitoringprogress and follow up on completion.
- Acts asdedicatedpoint of contact to clients providing highly personalized services that meet client of clientrelationshipand provides clients with informed advice that reflects best practices and compliance.â Conducts regular review of accountsassistswith training for corporate clients
- Works closely and seamlessly with Network Partner/Attorney where applicable to support client needs within casework to coordinate strategy hold assessment and introductory calls review materials and case product align on processing and case updates
- Monitoring application deadlines and completing assigned work within theappropriate timeframes.
- Using sound judgement in assessing client risk and escalating potential issues to senior managementin a timely manner.
- Taking care to consider alternatives and deliveringappropriate decisionswith minimal senior management involvement.
- Monitoring visa expiry dates and alerting the client appropriately.
- Ensuring that theappropriate clientrecords areestablishedand maintained and that key correspondence and documentation are saved into thecliente-file.
- Ensuring that all work undertaken is in scope is billed promptly on completion and thatadditionalfees are agreed in advance foradditionalservices. Ensuring that use of the corporate credit card is recorded inan accurateandtimelyfashion and within the associated case where applicable. Listens intently to theclientneeds to ensure that these needs are met andanticipatingcustomer needs offering pro-active on industry events/circumstances that may be relevant to the client.
- Communicating regularly with clients to build a strong relationship while focusing on business needs and ensuring that client service review meetings are held regularly with formal agendas and presentations
- Attend client meetings telephone & video conferences/ webinars asrequired.
- Identifyingpursuingand generating new business leads ensuring that work is profitable.
- Using exceptional organizational skills to meet or exceed customer expectations (including where SLAs are in place). Responding to email and telephone enquiriesin a timely mannerand ensuring that advice is comprehensive andaccurate managing expectations where needed and escalating issues promptly and appropriately.â
- Utilizing resources and researching complex cases/scenarios.
- Recommending improvements in work procedurespoliciesor systems inareaof assigned responsibility.
- Ensuring the client receivesappropriate newsupdates and alerts.
- Personal involvement with seminars webinars internal and external networkingeventsetc.
- Guiding and training junior team members inidentifyingand assessing client risk.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- PreviousexperienceinImmigrationdemonstratinganunderstanding of Migration Laws is preferable.
- Speak and write in English proficiently professionally and objectively.
- Ability to manage time effectively by prioritizingidentifyingand addressing criticaltaskswhileremainingflexible to changing priorities.
- Ability to work with professionalismhonestyandintegritymaintaining confidentiality at all times andto modelthe companyvalues.
