We are looking to recruit an experiencedindividual to join our established team. Reporting to ourSustainability LeadourCustomerLiaisonOfficerprovidesupport to ensure the provision of an effective and efficient sustainability service.

Whatdo ourCustomer Liaison Officerdo;

  • Carry out choice events/individual consultation with tenantsregardingfuture work and coordinate tenants choices asappropriate toscheme asrequired

  • Generate and distribute relevant pre-works correspondence to residents before the works begin

  • Record andmonitorno access reporting three times no access to client and refusals ensuring relevant forms are completed.

  • Organise andfacilitateand attend Open Day / scheme launch event.

  • Providing on-going supportconsultationand provision of information to tenants whilst work is carried out on their Homes.

  • Ensuring all communication and liaison activities are carried out to the satisfaction of all

Whatwe are looking for;

  • GCSE or equivalent standard inMathsand English

  • Experience of working alone with minimum supervision managing own daily schedule /workloadand using own initiative to make decisions

  • Experience of working with resident groups and managing complaints and requests for service

  • Experience ofestablishingand developing professional working relationships with internal and external customers contractors externalpartnersand colleagues.

  • Knowledge of Sustainability and skilled in recommending and implementing suitable initiatives to suit the needs of our customers
