We are looking to recruit an experiencedindividual to join our established team. Reporting to ourSustainability LeadourCustomerLiaisonOfficerprovidesupport to ensure the provision of an effective and efficient sustainability service.
Whatdo ourCustomer Liaison Officerdo;
Carry out choice events/individual consultation with tenantsregardingfuture work and coordinate tenants choices asappropriate toscheme asrequired
Generate and distribute relevant pre-works correspondence to residents before the works begin
Record andmonitorno access reporting three times no access to client and refusals ensuring relevant forms are completed.
Organise andfacilitateand attend Open Day / scheme launch event.
Providing on-going supportconsultationand provision of information to tenants whilst work is carried out on their Homes.
Ensuring all communication and liaison activities are carried out to the satisfaction of all
Whatwe are looking for;
GCSE or equivalent standard inMathsand English
Experience of working alone with minimum supervision managing own daily schedule /workloadand using own initiative to make decisions
Experience of working with resident groups and managing complaints and requests for service
Experience ofestablishingand developing professional working relationships with internal and external customers contractors externalpartnersand colleagues.
Knowledge of Sustainability and skilled in recommending and implementing suitable initiatives to suit the needs of our customers
