Registered Home Manager Up to 50000 per annum

As Registered Home Manager you will be supporting adults with neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries youll guide a dedicated team delivering high-quality person-centred care in a truly supportive environment.

This is an exciting chance for an experienced manager with a passion for specialist care to lead a service already rated Good by CQC with the autonomy and backing to raise standards even further.

What Youll Bring:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
Proven experience as a Registered Manager within residential care.
Understanding of complex needs rehabilitation neurological conditions or brain injury support (highly desirable).
Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on compassionate approach.
Confident knowledge of CQC standards safeguarding and best practice quality frameworks.
Excellent communication organisational and decision-making skills.
