THE B&F OUTLETS MANAGER
The B&F Outlets Manager is a key member of the B&F leadership team responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of all food beverage and event operations across W London. Reporting directly to the Director of B&F this role provides hands-on leadership across the department ensuring operational excellence brand consistency and outstanding guest experiences. As part of the leadership structure the role is expected to support and represent the Director of B&F when required maintaining continuity and momentum across outlets and service operations.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury or lifestyle F&B operations.
- Proven track record overseeing multiple outlets and event operations.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical ability.
- Natural leader with presence charisma and an ability to inspire diverse teams.
- Experience supporting senior leadership roles within hospitality.
- Deep understanding of brand identity and guest experience delivery.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Business preferred.
YOUR ROLE IN THE SPOTLIGHT
Leadership & Departmental Support
- Support the Director of B&F in implementing the strategic direction and operational goals for the department.
- Lead daily coordination of all outlets ensuring service standards profitability and guest satisfaction targets are met.
- Provide leadership presence on the floor and act as a key point of contact for both team members and guests.
- Collaborate with outlet leaders Culinary and Events teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Represent the Director of B&F as needed to maintain leadership coverage and operational consistency.
Operational Management
- Manage all B&F outlets including restaurants bars in-room dining and event operations.
- Ensure service delivery meets Ws bold contemporary standards across all touchpoints.
- Oversee staffing scheduling and floor leadership during service periods.
- Maintain operational efficiency through proactive problem-solving and real-time decision-making.
- Monitor product quality service flow and guest satisfaction across outlets.
Event Operations
- Partner with the Events and Culinary teams to plan staff and execute on-property events.
- Lead operational delivery for functions activations and private events ensuring brand consistency and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor event profitability costs and staffing efficiency.
- Attend BEO meetings and ensure seamless communication between the Events Culinary and Operations teams to deliver consistent and flawless service execution.
- Ensure all setups service standards and guest communications align with W Londons creative brand identity.
- Anticipate guest and organizer needs providing proactive solutions on the floor.
Guest Experience & Brand Standards
- Act as a visible floor leader and brand ambassador maintaining a strong presence across all outlets.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure service recovery is executed promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high guest satisfaction scores and foster repeat visitation.
- Drive engagement and personalization through guest interaction and team empowerment.
People Leadership & Development
- Lead coach and inspire outlet managers supervisors and service teams.
- Support recruitment onboarding and performance management for all B&F outlet roles.
- Identify training opportunities and create a culture of ongoing learning and innovation.
- Promote teamwork communication and a vibrant working environment consistent with the W ethos.
Financial & Administrative Responsibility
- Support the Director of B&F in budgeting forecasting and P&L analysis.
- Review financial performance for each outlet and event operation identifying opportunities for growth.
- Drive revenue initiatives upselling and cost-control strategies.
- Ensure accurate billing compliance and reporting across the department.
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with all licensing health and safety and food hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular service and brand audits implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain property SOPs and drive operational consistency across all B&F areas.
- Champion sustainability and ethical practices within operations.
