Marketing Manager Campaign Manager

Role Overview
As a Marketing Manager at SAP Greater China you will serve as an independent strategic marketer responsible for leading end-to-end campaign ownership. You will drive the full lifecycle of a core campaignfrom strategy development and creative planning to execution and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently own and manage 12 core marketing campaigns end-to-end including strategy content planning channel orchestration budget allocation and execution.
- Develop campaign positioning narratives messaging frameworks and value propositions based on business priorities and industry insights.
- Leverage MarTech tools to improve campaign efficiency and measurability increase proficiency in digital campaigns.
- Lead integrated digital marketing initiatives across digital channels expand SAP market awareness.
- Coordinate cross-functional virtual teams including Sales Business Units Product Partners Global/Regional Marketing and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Manage campaign-related content production including customer stories whitepapers videos digital assets event content and industry insights.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (Contact engagement conversion to MQL pipeline contribution) and continuously optimize.
- Maintain strong understanding of high-growth sectors (AI humanoids low altitude economy life science manufacturing innovation etc.) and apply insights to campaign strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in Marketing Communications Business or related fields.
- 37 years of B2B marketing or digital marketing experience preferably in technology SaaS.
- Proven ability to independently plan manage and optimize full-funnel integrated campaigns.
- Solid hands-on experience with MarTech platforms and marketing automation; data-driven mindset.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to generate meaningful industry insights.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and virtual teams.
- Fast learner with strong ownership resilience and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in English; bilingual proficiency preferred.
